CARGRAPHIC exhaust systems consist of several perfectly matched exhaust components that completely replace the standard exhaust system.
The CARGRAPHIC Motorsport Systems program offers various retrofit solutions for the acoustic and visual upgrading of the original exhaust system for the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS with 4.0l 6 cylinder Boxer engine.
CARGRAPHIC high-performance header for Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS 4,0l - More power through motorsport technology
The CARGRAPHIC header, specially developed for the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS and Boxster Spyder RS with 4,0l 6-cylinder boxer engine, offers a primary pipe diameter increased to 2" or 50.80mm compared to the series exhaust manifolds, as well as both identical and extra long pipe lengths. Due to the precisely calculated design, the exhaust gases are thus led out of the cylinder without significant back pressure, which means that the piston requires less force to expel the exhaust gases. The resulting faster and complete replacement of the exhaust gases with fresh gas leads to optimised combustion, a lower internal cylinder temperature and less effort, and thus to a noticeable increase in performance.

Significantly better sound and noticeably more power - despite OPF
The new CARGRAPHIC Otto Particulate Filters were developed and designed especially for an optimized exhaust gas flow. The improved exhaust gas routing enables a much more powerful sound and an impressively increased engine performance.
Form and connection like the original component
All CARGRAPHIC OPF models correspond 1:1 in shape, mounting and connection to the series Otto Particulate Filter. This elaborate design allows the factory fastening elements, heat protection parts and sensors to be easily adopted. In addition, the cylindrical design ensures a 100% accurate fit and maximum stability with the rear silencer bracket. This is essential important as without it, it will cause cracking due to the leverage.
More than sound for the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS
In addition to the spectacular sound, CARGRAPHIC exhaust systems offer the highest degree of performance. All exhaust components have been developed and tested on the dyno. The optimised exhaust gas flow ensures a reduced exhaust gas back pressure, a reduced exhaust gas temperature and a maximum power increase. Due to the high-quality craftsmanship and the extremely high quality of the SS304L lightweight stainless steel used, the visual impression of the Porsche Boxster Spyder is also enhanced in a sporty and attractive way.

SS304L lightweight stainless steel, manufactured to the highest standards for the aircraft industry, forms the basis for almost every CARGRAPHIC exhaust component. Each silencer and exhaust pipe is manufactured using traditional craftsmanship with the support of state-of-the-art manufacturing technology such as computer-controlled CNC bending machines, laser cutting machines or orbital welding equipment.
